The hotel was very clean. The room seemed very clean. The employees we engaged with were friendly. There are warm biscuits, sausage and egg patties on the breakfast plus the waffle maker. The location is right off the exit of the interstate next to Cracker Barrel, very convenient.
We stayed in the "Old building" in the back. The dog friendly rooms. Nothing special,but I loved it. ( pull up to your door) Easy to get the Hounds in & out. I mentioned to the manager at the deck on checking out that I found this section of the hotel quite handy, and he delighted in showing me sample pieces of the counter top&flooring materials for the upcoming remodel. The main building looks modern and large. Pretty nice for a Quality Inn. ( I've stayed in a bunch of them)
Everything was fine, very clean. Hotel needs a bit of updating. Towel rack was loose, hem on shower curtain frayed. Need more plug ins, I saw extension cord use.
We have stayed in several comfort inns on this trip and found your hotel to be not on par with their hotels. The room while clean was worn. The bed was not as comfortable as the comfort inns bed. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. Took a long time to get any one at the front desk at check in. When leaving there was no one there at all. These were just a few things we found.
Front desk staff was helpful, rooms were clean and roomy, great location as it is right next door to the Cracker Barrel. Slept very well. A/C worked well and the room was sufficiently dark. I would stay there again.
It had nice rooms and very comfortable beds. I had a nice stay. People there were really nice.
Rooms were very clean, linens fresh, plenty of towels. The hotel staff were very accommodating and worked with us so we (family traveling together with multiple rooms) could be close to each other. Would stay here again.
